Oracle Deck * Posters * Greeting cards
In the spell of imagination, I fancied that the High Tribe slipped into my consciousness one afternoon, asking that their presence be known. They said they had selected me to draw them into our 3-D reality for the world to see.
"Why is it that you have chosen me?” I asked somewhat awestruck.
”Was it not you who have been praying nonstop for weeks for an art project that you deem spiritual and that only you can do in your own way?”
“Well, yes, that’s true. I did. But how can I draw what I can't see?” That felt like a fair question considering I could hear them alright, but I wasn’t getting any images.
“Use your imagination,” they replied.
“Okay. I’m usually good at that, but let me ask you – Who are you and how do you want to be portrayed?”
“We are a Soul Collective connected to Source. Our mission is to raise the frequency by sending light through our hands to bless all who hold our pictures. We have a lot to say but for now we want you to work on our images. Think in terms of gracious elegance so you will understand our fashion choices.”
Elegant fashion choices for disembodied beings, I pondered.
“Please make us endearing to both adults and children.” They added.
Okay. Still, I wanted a description. “What do you want your faces to look like?”
“A blank face, with no nose or mouth” was their reply! This request seemed most peculiar for an artist who started her art career drawing portraits. And now I am asked to draw beings with no faces!
“Do you have human looking eyes?” I asked somewhat incredulously.
“We here on earth have been taught that the eyes are the windows to the soul."
“We have no need of the physical senses other than eyes. The inner eye connects us to our source of truth, and our outer sight gets us around in the world. Our eyes are more of a cosmic band with a much wider scope, a more panoramic view than human eyes, which are usually limited to peripheral vision, at best. Our eye strips leave space for people to insert their own windows to the soul, and it encourages their imagination to cultivate their own inner picturing. This would be a good practice for all people,” they mused.
“Anything else you would like me to be aware of?”
“We want to be seen wearing bright colors. No black, please. It’s hard for us to raise the frequency in black.” That was all they had to say about that.
When I suggested fabulous looking shoes to go with these glorious outfits I would draw, they eschewed the idea saying bare feet are essential to connect to Mother Earth – and that it would act as a subliminal reminder to others to stay grounded in all situations, no matter what.
I told them that there are only so many hand positions to bless others.
“Then use them. The whole idea is for people to feel our light. This is not an exercise in perfection.”
“If it was,” I quipped, “you probably wouldn’t have chosen me.”
I sat at the computer with my electronic template and pen in front of me. With composite art, everything drawn on the template instantly appears on the computer screen. It’s like an adult version of a favorite toy from childhood, the Etch-A-Sketch.
Admittingly, the first two designs were quite terrible. The third illustration, however, is when the magic began and I experienced my first 'miracle.' Incidently, this design is now #29, the Initiate, in the deck. See above picture.
They had asked me to draw a being in a red dress and so I did. It felt though, like the dress needed ‘something’ but I didn’t know what. So I sat there holding my electronic pen hovering over the template while contemplating what to do. It was in that moment I felt an invisible force push my hand away. And then there was a movement on the screen that caught my attention. To my astonishment, I watched a complicated geometric pattern being drawn on the front of her red dress within a few seconds. Not only could they telepath me, they were technically competent and could create art on my computer remotely! Or maybe they were in the room. It’s hard to say as they remained invisible and quiet when asked.
And so it went for the next seven or eight illustrations, where they would take control of my computer momentarily, adding their own touch of elegance to my designs. Eventually, I caught on to their style and for the last forty or so graphics, the High Tribe remained disappointingly 'not there' – until I started writing the booklet for each card in the Oracle deck. That’s when I discovered they have an old English way of expressing themselves and it is reflected in some of the phrases I wrote in the booklet.
The High Tribe apparently are early risers. Usually around 3:00 in the morning is when they would wake me and start their dictation. Messages also came to me throughout the day where I might read something which would start new ideas to roll across my mind and heart. Or I might meet up with someone who would say something that would trigger information for whatever card I was working on. Whatever the 'chance encounter,' it felt orchestrated by the High Tribe, the catalyst that helped me with the 44 messages that were meant to reach the people they were intended for.
And so it is with high hope that the images, cards, and words from the booklet will endear themselves to you as they make their way into your heart and consciousness.
